Search Bar

I have always used the address bar on Internet Exlorer to
search for items by just typing in the name and MSN
search shows me the list of options.
For some reason when I do this now my web page goes over
to http://www.dotcomtoolbar.com/search
I do not like this search enging and although I have
tried to change it in my preferences it always come back.
How can I get rid of this?
Can anyone help?

Your PC is probably loaded with spyware that is also hogging resources.
