Search Bar Contents

[confused]

How can one delete the contents of searchs from dropping
down in my search bar ? Now when I start typing in a topic
search I get a huge list of previous searchs appear

Click Tools, Internet Options, On the General Tab, Under
Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Cookies, click
Delete Files, Under History, click Clear History.
