When you make an entry in a search box, how can you delete and prevent that
search request from being stored in your computer. In other words, when you
start typing in a search box, a drop down window pops up with previous
searched items. How can I delete that list? I checked in the system
registry and did not find any of my previous searchs. I am running Windows
98SE. Thanks for any help!

A search box is a form.
You can delete an individual entry in the list by highlighting it and
pressing the Delete key.

Thank you so much for your reply, this took care of the problem!
