If I understand what you are asking... no. The TS attributes are all jammed into
the userParameters attribute in a binary format, you can't search for the TS
settings and unfortunately, TS isn't the only thing known to use that attribute,
it was a catch all attribute in NT4 days.
You will have to get the TS Management Class and then enumerate through all
users and check them.
Could be a bit more specific? What do you refer to by "terminal server
access"? You can search for users who are allowed to access terminal
services at all, but then by default all are so you won't get any useful
information, plus permissions on each TS server can vary.
