Seagate Serial ATA Drive headaches

Anyone have any experience (good or bad) with getting XP
to get along with the Promise Fasttx2000 SATA controllers.
It has been a B**ch getting a stable machine (Raid config)
 
Yep, it was devils own job, make sure u ahve the right drivers, if your
using an on board version of this controller, and its an open board, the
drivers on the floppy are the wrong ones!!!! There are newer ones on the cd,
use these!!!. What problems are you having?
