scrolling

Ever since I installed XP Home edition My monitor keeps
flickering and scrolling is very annoying. The monitor
doesn't scroll evenly like it did before. I'm almost
ready to get another computer it is so annoying. I've
gone through all the display settings and nothing works.
 
You should upgrade your video driver - indeed, you should upgrade all your
drivers - to the latest, XP-compatible versions.
