Since doing a repair install earlier today, browser scrolling is not
continuous, as it was before, but waves of rewrites (three or four
during a page down). I'm not sure whether this is a Windows issue or
the video driver. I've tried resetting Smooth Scrolling, but that's not
having any effect. Any ideas? Thanks,

Gene

Turn off Smooth Scrolling, that may give you better results.

I have the same problem. I tried turning absolutely everything on and off in
combinations, and separately and nothing has worked.
The jumpy scrolling is driving me nuts!!
I tried to post a question, but for some reason it's not working for me (yes
I was signed in).
Did you find a solution? I read somewhere else that someone had to
reinstall their video driver or something, but I don't know how to do that.
Can anyone help??
Thanks
