Scrolling Image

I have a banner in the right border of a page I'd like to
have stay on the screen as you scroll through the contents
of the page. How do I accomplish this?

You can try frames, and have the page with the image in the right frame.
Frames aren't that great though. Your best bet may be to use a script though
such as the floating layer script at:
http://javascript.internet.com/bgeffects/persistent-layer.html This is the
trick that GeoCities uses to keep their logo on the screen.
