??scrollbar??

I've got a new computer and it has win xp pro

When I click with the mouse in the scroll bar, the page
should scroll down one page. For some reason I scroll
down 2 pages. any ideas?

My request of MS for help on this topic has been
responded to and forwarded along their chain. Probably
some people don't even notice that it's not THEM that's
causing their screens to jump ahead by 2! Workaround in
the meantime is to slide the scrollbar or click directly
below the bar. The cursor seems to act as a brake,
keeping the bar from sliding further.

Hope we get a fix for this soon. It's really a nuisance.

Has anyone besides me noticed "Auto Hide" toolbar's being
difficult to display? Bump and bump and bump the screen
top or click around up there and it finally shows up?
Happened with the same updates.
