scrollbar speed

Hello,
Can anybody tell me if I can increase the scroll bar speed under
Windows XP tablet edition? Specifically, if I click on the "down"
scroll bar button in a document editor, can I make the default speed
faster?

Click the area between the down-arrow and the scroll bar and it'll
scroll at a page-at-a-time rather than line-at-a-time. Or click the
scrollbar and drag it at the pace you prefer. I hope this is what you
were referring to.
