scroll up

I have a table to be shared and I would like to scroll up and down only. Is
it Possible

on the menu bar....
tools>options>view tab>uncheck horixontal scroll bar.

That did'n quite work.
In other words, what I want is to be able to scroll up to cell ad90, beyond.
that cell
I have information and I don't want other user to see.it.
