Recently, my screen began scrolling up/down more than 1
page when I click in the empty areas on my scroll bar.

Many, many people. This newsgroup is rife with posts identical to your
own, from people who didn't bother to look at the list of headers in their
newsreader, or check Google. The problem stems from the MS critical update
Q824145.
