Scroll bar on Subform query field

I have a subform that is driven by query results. One of the fields in the
query is a discussion field where the user in the main form had unlimited
room to type in text. in my subform field for this discussion field I would
like a scroll bar to be present when the field is at it's limit so the user
can scroll to see all of the text. I have set the scroll bar option in the
properties to vertical but it will not show. Any ideas?

The scrollbar should show up in the text box when it becomes the active
control.

If it does not show, make sure the text box has zero set for these
properties:
Top Margin
Bottom Margin
Left Margin
Right Margin
There is a bug in Access that prevents the scrollbar from working reliably
if these internal margins are set.
