Scroll bar missing

The scroll bar on the right side of my windows mail box is missing. Can't
figure out how to fix it. Need help please. I have Vista Windows Mail 6.0.

on the left side of our email account(new,delete etc.) is gone from the
screen and I don't know how to get it back on, please help me in this
matter

Right click above where it used to be, and select Toolbar from the dropdown
list.
