automatic scrolling

How do I stop the automatic scrolling in the inbox messages? All of a
sudden, the messages began to scroll. If I right click along the scroll
bar, a drop box appears with several choices regarding scrolling. However,
there is no choice to "turn it off". If there is anyone out there with the
answer, I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

Windows Mail doesn't do that. There's something wrong with
your mouse. Using a wireless mouse with a low battery?
