Script message on daughter's laptop

Can anyone help me please as this is frustrating my daughter using her ipod
software?

What does this mean?........1607 error cannot install script time running,
also seems that she doesnt have an ISS file?

Is there an easy fix? if so how please

iTunes for Windows installation quits with 1607 error or while

Hi,

Tksvm for the swift reply, I have had a look around and downloaded various
things via your listed articles to see if it will work. Sadly her laptop is
secondhand and I hope these will help sort the problem........

Would it be simpler just to format C and re-install XP?
