(I don't know if my previous message transmitted, so I am
resending)

I am using XP Pro, and Internet Explorer 6.0 w/SP1. When
I use TurboTax and click on the "Help" button on the top
taskbar, I receive the following error message:

Internet Explorer Script Error

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 27
Char: 1
Error: Unexpected quantifier

Does anyone have any knowledge of this error and possible
solutions?
Thanks,
Bob

Don't know anything about turbotax but there was similar bug in MMC when
using SQL Server and the solution to that is to switch to detail view then
back to the fancy version which re-initialises it and gets rid of the script
error.

You never know it might help

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"

Microsoft's Scripting download
Get the latest. Two download versions are available for Windows Script 5.6.
The first version requires Windows 2000, XP; the second version requires
Microsoft Windows 98, Millenium Edition (Me), or NT 4.0.
Choose the download appropriate for your operating system.

Check with the supplier or Turbo tax.
