Script Error

I keep receiving a script error that says: 'object
diesn't support this property or method'

The program is a GM (General Motors) on line course my
husband is trying to complete. The courses are on CD and
I installed a program (kind of like a browser) that he
opens his courses in. It used to work but now there is
no sound and we get this error after every page. No
matter if we choose to continue or not to continue
running scripts on the pages.

HELP!!!!!!!
