I recently "lost my desktop graphic " and the desktop is now a white screen
with all the icons on it . The large letters " ACTIVE DESKTOP RECOVERY"
appears and it says to click on the link below " Would you like to recover
desktop, click on this link " Well I did and I now get an " Internet Script
error " File 65 Char 1

I have Internet Explorer 7 installed . I tried going back to
controlpanel/display/desktop and click on a theme , to no avail , apply is
greyed out . ? Anyone with suggestions , Thanks Much

Hi,

See if this helps:

After you install Windows Internet Explorer 7 on a computer that is running Windows XP with Service Pack 2, a "Restore My Active Desktop" button appears on the desktop:
