Script Error not allowing me to access Microsoft Help & Support

While trying to access Help & Support I am encountering the following:

An error has occurred in the script on this page. As a result this page
might not display or function properly.
Error. Verify Signature filed ox 80004005

As a result the page just continues loading and never finishes. I have run
Registry Mechanic and it finds no errors.

The original problem I was trying to solve is the Security Update for
Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB954430) icon continues to
tell me I need to install which I have done numerous times. It shows in
Windows Update that it has installed successfully several times but always
comes up telling me to install.

Would appreciate any help. Thank you.

I am trying to reach chat, e-mail support, whatever to get help. I suspect
the problem is with this download (KB954430) which shows as installed in
Automatic Updates but continually shows up on task bar to be installed. I
have tried installed several times at shutdown as it says; always get message
installed. Thank you very much.

Sure can. I do all the regular things, sign in, etc. to get chat or e-mail
support (no difference which I try to use). When I get e-mail filled out or
it is time for chat to load I get the message and the page continues to say
"loading" forever. I believe this is caused by the update Microsoft XML
Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB954430) but of course I could be wrong.
I've never had a problem before and have no problem with any other web site.
I appreciate your helping me with this. As I said before I have run registry
cleaner and nothing seems to help. Thank you.
