Script error message

I keep getting this anoying message:

"Internet Explorer Script Error"

How do I get rid of this? It shows up on my screen every
2 minutes. Please Help. I will be more than greatful.

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.
