A problem I've recently had happens when I click on
the "help" command from the "start" icon on my Windows
2000. For instance, I click on the
subheading "troubleshooting and mainte." and ANY icon I
click gives me the error message:

Line: 592
Char: 9
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
URL: ms-its...and etc etc

Can anyone help? Thanks!

This is a problem that came with SP4. It will disappear if you
allow the Microsoft Automatic Updates to install themselves.
