W2000 Help links give script errors

Whenever I click a link in the Help, I get a script error
like this:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Error: Object doesn't support this property or method

Does anyone have any ideas as to ehy and how to cure this?
I have SP4, IE6, script engine 5.6.

re-register C:\WINNT\System32\hhctrl.ocx
/run
regsvr32 C:\WINNT\System32\hhctrl.ocx
