Screenshot Problems

I take screenshots regularly, but recentley there has been a big white
box under my picture.

Can anyone tell me how to remove this white box under my picture so i
can only see the picture?

Did you use ALT+Print screen to get the screen capture?

The program you use to capture your screen has to have it's capture
area reduced to (1024 X 768) you are capturing (1024 X 1024).
Consult the help file/s associated with your screen capture software.
