Tv-Out Problem

i have a problem with my tv-out
i have
ATI Radeon 9800 pro and i bought a new tv-out cable.
i connect them and start my TV and then my PC and the computer doesn't
detect the tv

i have only sound and no picture.



{it used to work but now not anymore why?}

Are you using the ATI Radeon drivers from ATI and not from Microsoft (or
Windows Updates)?

no i downloaded mine on the fficial web of ATI
at http://www.ati.com
the latest driver
