can anyone tell me what's wrong,,I have set my screensaver for 15 minutes
,,,but,,,when I don't touch my computer for this time frame or
more,,,screensaver does not activate,,,what am I doing wrong,,,,please
help....

Just a guess sleepy, it may be the Optical Mouse not on a flat Surface and
moving interrupting the time interval for the Screensaver to come ON.

Another possibility is a program that prevents the screensaver from
activating.

For example, Windows Media Player has such a feature, actually it is the
other way around: "Allow screensaver during playback".

I've found that it's opinion on what is "playback" is somewhat broad -
it seems to have prevented my screensaver when it was paused in the
middle of a list of audio tracks.

It's a handy way for me to comply with my employers insistence that I
have a screensaver set for a maximum of 30 minutes, but sometimes I
can't be bothered entering my password all the time... I'm working from
home, with the doors locked, so it's unlikely an intruder will get in to
play with my unlocked PC.
