Craig Pfaff

Hi,

On an occasion I have an end-user download pictures and what not to use as
backgrounds or screensavers. When I unselect it and use a different one
when I go to log off or shutdown that image will popup as I'm shutting down.
Is there anyway to get rid of it?

Thanks Craig

I assume that you're just referring to desktop wallpaper. If so, try this:

Turn OFF Active Desktop, Change Wallpaper to NONE, Apply, Turn ON Active
Desktop. Select Wallpaper of choice again.

Thanks guys,
Just exactly how do I turn off the active desktop? I tried to turn it off
but I'm not sure how to.
Thanks again Craig

Right-click a blank area on the desktop, point to Active Desktop, and then click
Show Web Content to remove the check mark. A check mark next to the text
indicates that the Active Desktop is enabled.

There are many other ways. Consult Windows Help, look in the Index under "Active
Desktop".

Thanks for the input, no time for much research that's why I pay over
$500/yr for this service:)

Craig
