Screensaver tab missing

How do I get the screensaver tab to appear in the Control Panel/Display window? I hav
"Themes", "Desktop", "Appearance", and "Settings" tabs but not the Screensaver tab.
think it was disabled during installation and I'd like to turn it back on again
