screensaver locks computer for 45 seconds after wake-up

when any of my xp screensaver quits, my computer locks up (freezes) for about
45 seconds then works ok. when i disable the screensaver with the desktop
only no problems occured and the computer works fine. i was trying to find
the conflict? the "freezing" happens with MS screensavers and screensavers
I've purchased. thanks in advance for any help.

Try upgrading or replacing the video drivers. Use the Mfg ones not the ones
included in XP.
