I have a blue transparent line on the left side of

my toshiba laptop screen. Been there for three days,

cannot seem to get rid of it not doing any harm but is ther

all of the time

Did you install anything on your computer in the last 3 days. Did you make any changes to the system. Did you configure any software that uses the desktop to display a banner like the office short cut bar.
