How do you know your graphics card is "fine"? What steps did you take to verify its status? Follow the steps below. 1) Wiggle the VGA input cable at both ends. My screen turned yellow the other day and it turned out that the cable wasn't screwed in properly. 2) Try the monitor on another system with a known working graphics card. Does it work properly? 3) If it does, try the working graphics card in your system with the same monitor. Any change? 4) Try a different monitor with the original graphics card. Any change? If you answered "no" to 3) and 4) then your only choice is to replace the monitor as the green and/or blue gun(s) has/have died.
