Screen too large

Mandy

Does anyone know what to do if your screen is zoomed in?
It seems as though it's magnified, but it's not due to the
magnifier which was set at 1, and I can't change the
screen resolution. Any other ideas for what could have
caused this or what to do to fix it? It's driving me
insane. Email (e-mail address removed)
Thanks!

Start / Programs / Accessories / Accessibility / Magnifier and play with
that and see what happens.

You need to change the screen resolution, but that can be hard if you can't
see the entire dialog screen.
Try this.
Right click on your desktop, choose "properties" from the menu
In the screen-properties dialog box, choose the "setting" tab.
If you can get to the screen resolution slider, set it for a higher (larger)
set of numbers.
Then press the TAB key until you see a box around that slider window.
Then press the TAB key 4 more times. It should now be on the OK button even
if you can see that button.
Now press the ENTER key and the computer should accept the new resolution
and you can go back to using the mouse to adjust.

there are buttons ON the monitor that change the size a and geometry of your
monitor. Read your monitors manual if you still have it.
