screen too dark

happy new year!! im running a3D RAGE LT PRO AGP2X driver
and well in windows 98 u could go to display properties
and settings then advanced click on the color tab and
adjust gamma to make the screen brighter well i just
recently upgraded to windows 200 i need to know how to
make it brighter its so dark i can barely see can neone
help me out here??
 
W2k must have a W2k-specific driver for the videocard. Did you install
one? If not, check the videocard CD, or the ATI website for a download.

Also, W2k has the same sort of display properties applet in
Start/Settings/ControlPanel/Display/Settings.
