Screen size reduction

When I am on the Internet and click to go to other web
sites my full screen reduces to half size about half the
time.How can I correct this? Thanks

Go to IE/Tools/internet options/advanced - put a check in "reuse
window........"

Thanks. I checked and the "reuse" box and it already
contained a check. Do you have any other thoughts?
