Press Alt+PrtScrn keys to capture to the clipboard. Then open Word or
Excel and paste the image.

When I do that, I get a screen shot of the entire Access window. Is there
any way to limit the shot to the form alone?
Thanks!

Temporarily change the Popup property of the form to Yes. Then Alt-PrntScrn
will only copy the form.

If you will be routinely capturing screenshots (of anything), then you might
want to consider purchasing SnagIt (www.techsmith.com). Not affiliated with
Techsmith, but I have used SnagIt for some time and it's a slick program.
