I was wondering how (and if) i can take a screen shot of a document in word.
I am trying to save a document as an image file. Is this the best way to do
it, or is there another way.

I am using word 2000

Press Atl+PrintScreen to copy the current window to the clipboard, then you
can paste it into a Word document.

PrintScreen without the Alt key copies the entire Windows screen to the
clipboard.

There are various programs around that help if you need to do a lot of this
and need to key in on specific parts of the window and/or edit/crop/caption
the resulting screen shots (I recommend SnagIt from TechSmith, which isn't
free, but is excellent). But, for the basics, Windows' built-in capabilities
(Alt+PrintScreen and PrintScreen) work just fine.
