I just installed Windows XP, and the screen seems to be blinking very, very
fast, or strobing. How can I fix this?

Check display properties (Settings> Advanced) to confirm that the display
adapter and monitor have been correctly identified. While you're in here,
adjust the refresh rate of the monitor to get rid of the "flicker."
