SCREEN SCROLLING

I have just acquired a new PC and have a problem.

When scrolling down a page, the whole screen flickers & moves down the
screen as in a wave.

Has anyone experienced this before & know how to resolve it?

Did you by any chance Pressed the Middle button on your Mouse?.
If you did then click it again to deactivate it.

Hi Nass.

No, I have no middle button on the mouse

Then uninstall the mouse driver from the device manager and Reboot, windows
will detect the device and install the driver for it or if you have a CD
insert it in by selecting I have a disk option.

No, don't have a middle button. I re-installed windows, and all the settings
changed.
