Screen Savers

Basically, whenever my screensaver comes on, it won't
fully load. I've uninstalled a few but even the ones that
came with my computer are freezing up as well. What do
you suggest would be the best method for alleviating the
situation?

Also now with the screensaver I usually use, when I try to
get out of it, my taskbar disappears.
