Screen Saver

This may be a silly question, but I can't figure out how
to change the time setting on the screen saver. When I
click on settings under the screen saver tab, I get this
message "The screen saver has no options that you can
set" Why is that? And how do I change this? Thanks
 
in the screensaver box under the monitor picture

does it have : [----(none)------]

change (none) to select a screensaver.
