Screen Saver

I have my screen saver set to appear after 11 minutes. [Go to
Desktop/Properties/Screen Saver/Wait] The screen saver does not appear. Only
the desktop appears -- as it was left the evening before.

I tried other time settings to no avail. How can I fix my PC so the screen
saver appears?

Thank you,

Barry Karas

If this is a new screen saver that you added, the .scr file belongs in
[C:\WINDOWS\system32].

When you set the time, do you use the Desktop properties (Right-click >
Properties, Properties tab)? Do you select the OK or Apply buttons?

I know the above seems directed at a novice, but even experienced users
(me included) sometimes forget a step.
