Screen Saver Won't Start

Hi,

My mom just got a new computer with Windows XP Home Edition installed. I
can choose a screen saver and preview it just fine, but it won't start after
the specified period of time. I've tried rebooting. SP2 is installed.

The My Pictures Slideshow screen saver is her favorite thing in the whole
world, and it would make her very very happy if this can be fixed.
