Screen Saver Won't Start

Runing XP-Pro with all Sp's and updates. The screensaver quit starting.
It will test ok and the value is correct in the registry for
ScreenSaveTimeout. The mouse is not moving. Any suggestions?

Never mind... it was a mouse/usb port problem.
