screen saver. PLS!!

Hello all.
How can I change the screen saver in many machines?
I was trying changing the registry information but it
doesn't change the time and after I choose a scren saver,
I canot remove it. If I change it in the common way, I
can see the changes in the registry in this both
locations:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
"ScreenSaverIsSecure"="0"
"ScreenSaveTimeOut"="300"
"ScreenSaveActive"="0"
"SCRNSAVE.EXE"="C:\\WINDOWS\\ssaver.scr"

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop]
"ScreenSaverIsSecure"="0"
"ScreenSaveTimeOut"="300"
"ScreenSaveActive"="0"
"SCRNSAVE.EXE"="C:\\WINDOWS\\ssaver.scr"

I need to config the screen saver as administrator but
the screen saver must appear for any user that logs on
the machines.
