Screen Saver Policy problem

I set up a screen saver policy for an OU.

Enabled a screen saver, gave an executable name, set it
for 900 seconds, password protected.

There are 10 computers in this OU and it has worked for 8
of them.

Part of this policy disables the screen saver tab.

On the two computers that the screen saver doesn't show up
on, the screen saver tab is disabled. A screen saver does
come on, just not the one I chose.

They both have sp4 loaded.

Any ideas as to why this could happen?
