Screen Saver Option grayed out

I replaced my previous monitors with two Dell 2005 FPW's. Since then I lost
the option to set the screen saver. It has the option but it is grayed out
now. Any idea why this happened? Worked fine before.

screensaverestrictions.reg is the file that you want.

[[To use the Regedits: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. ]]

I am having the issue also that my screensaver is greyed out. I downloaded
the 232 file and that didnt work....what am I doing wrong?
