Screen saver only works sometimes

Recently I downloaded a 3D Butterflies screen saver from
Freeze.com and it runs well, but it doesn't always appear
when it should. It seems to mostly work when I'm offline,
but not when I'm online (broadband). So I don't know if
that's got anything to do with it. Also sometimes the SS
will appear and after a while mysteriously disappear on
it's own (and there's nothing wrong with my mouse). I've
checked the registry and that's all fine. I know it's a
minor problem but I'd appreciate some advice as it's
bugging me.
 
I'm having the same problem and I suspect that there is a problem with Windows. I haven't noticed an answer yet. If you find one, please advise.
