Screen saver is logging current user off...

I've posted a few other questions; thought it would be best to do 3 different
posts than ask 3 questions in 1 post...

When using the "Welcome Screen" with fast-user switching, every time the
computer is idle for 5-minutes and screen saver comes on/monitor powers off,
it logs off the current user and goes back to the Welcome Screen.

Is there a way to stop this?

Is it actually "logging them off" - or when they log back in - is everything
as they left it?
Uncheck the proper box in that user's screensaver settings - so it doesn;t
return to the welcome screen.

Thank you. After having been in the display settings over a million times, I
never remember seeing that box. But it worked, thanx.
