Log off screen saver

I adminstrator a university computer lab where we have
several users in and out of the lab. I want to force a
log off after a set amount of idle time. I installed the
log off screen saver which works fine for this, but only
when logged on as the administrator. How to I set this to
work for anyone that may log on? Or is there another way
of forcing a log off after a set amount of idle time?

Use the Group Policy Editor to specify the screen saver for all users and
the timeout value.

Start, Run and enter GPEDIT.MSC Go to:

User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Control Panel, Display.

This assumes that you're running XP Pro. GPEDIT does not exist in XP Home.

You could create a scheduled job on each computer that logs the user off after
a set amount of idle time:
