Hi all,
I have Vista Home Premium on my laptop, and when I come out of my
screen
saver my LCD is always on full brightness. How do I make it come out
to the
brightness I had it set to - to save my battery life? I set it to 2,
but when I come
out, it's at 10.

Thank-you and Happy Holidays to all

Hi,
It's a longshot, but look for:
Control Panel> Personalize> Display settings> Advanced settings> Monitor>
Reset display on suspend/resume. You may or may not have this setting.

Hope this helps,

Tried it. Nope. I also tried modifying my advanced options in my
"power saver" mode, and it doesn't list a "resume" option.
I know it's there somewhere, but where? I know because it can't
be left out, gotta be there.

Sorry, that was my only idea.

Thanks for trying. I thought it would work, myself.
Hmm, does anyone else have a suggestion where I could look?
I tried the help and support section.

Hi! I had the same problem but just now figured it out. Try this out; go to
control panel, additional options, NVIDIA control panel (i'm assuming you
have this?), adjust desktop color settings (make your adjustments) then go up
to profiles on the menu bar and save it. Hope that helps.
